•I appreciated Stefanie Gruber's patience and understanding of what I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with her during the whole home-buying process. She answered all my questions, or she had someone who knew the answer. Since she was available every time I called, I felt she was available day and night. If I wanted to visit a particular house, she was quick. She was always with her laptop so she could look it up, or she was good on her phone. Sometimes, we had to drive to other towns to look at homes. While I knew she didn't have a single client, she shared her time with me, making me feel like I was the only client.
