Being a first time homebuyer we were nervous that the process would be tedious and long. Josh made the experience the complete opposite. He was super patient with us and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Josh followed up with us throughout the entire building process and made sure we were in the loop with any updates to our home. From the first phone call, we knew we were in good hands with Sandro. We had very specific needs in terms of location (it was a short move, but very impactful on our quality of life), needing to be close to a train station, and remain in our school district. In the beginning we were not even sure that we would go through with it. With a no pressure, knowledgeable approach, Sandro guided us through the early stages of preparing our house for sale, while trying to find our new home. We saw quite a few homes in a very short amount of time. Sandro was always available to answer questions and stayed in touch proactively during the entire process. Selling our home: with Sandro's advice on preparing our home, staging, and taking simply beautiful photographs, we received multiple competing bids within days of posting. We sold for above asking price. Sandro kept in constant touch with us to make sure that everything the entire process of negotiations, inspections, repairs, etc. went smoothly. Closing went off without a hitch Buying our new home. Everything that was true of selling was also true for buying. In addition to typical negotiations, there were some sticky points. However, Sandro worked tirelessly to protect our interests and ensure that everything stayed on track for closing. And that sums up our experience: Sandro didn't just help us find our new home, he guided us and protected our family every step of the way. We cannot recommend him more highly.
