Dave Zachos was great to work with and he fulfilled all of our expectations. As home buyers who recently purchased a house sight unseen, while going through a Global Pandemic, he was there when we needed him to be. He covered all of the ground that we were unable to as we were literally across the country and unable to travel. Dave is very trustworthy, detailed oriented and the consummate professional. He was also precise and articulate in working with the sellers agent while insuring that we were getting our best deal. He knows the Sarasota/Bradenton market very well and he looked after us so wouldn’t make any mistakes in selecting our new home. He advised us on the pitfalls of some of the areas and homes we were looking at and suggested areas that would be good investments. Additionally, he is also an excellent communicator and kept in frequent contact with us. He made the whole process of purchasing a home while being out of state very easy. Quite frankly, this was one of the easiest big ticket purchases we ever made and we were extremely impressed with Dave and fortunate to have him guide us through the process.
