Joan made the house buying process absolutely seamless for us as we were moving from out of state. She went above and beyond in so many ways that made our situation so much easier. He had been dealing with some medical issues related to the accident and Joan got him in touch with the specialist to be seen when we got to town. She worked tirelessly to help us through negotiating and difficulties with the seller of our house when they wouldn't vacate the property. She also worked very well with the seller's agent and trouble shooted like a pro! Her communication skills are top notch. One of the best things about Joan is the positive energy that she constantly exudes! She always brought our spirits up with her optimistic attitude when we were feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We could not have make it through this difficult transition with so much ease were it not for Joan and her amazing skills. She just always knew what was needed and was there to help!
