•We met Amy at an open house and immediately hit it off. She is so easy to talk to, patient, and wasn’t at all pushy. When we decided to work with her as our agent, we spent several months looking at a variety of properties in the areas we liked. I appreciated how she listened as we narrowed down what our requirements for our first home. We actually purchased a house that we didn’t think we’d like, but Amy knew us better than we knew ourselves I guess. :) Her husband Lee was also knowledgeable about building and construction questions we had and made us feel at ease about the scale of different projects we might want to take on in the future. When it came time to negotiate, Amy kept us in the loop and pushed back on the seller’s demands that we disagreed with. If we decide to buy other properties, Amy will be our first call.
