•I started working with Todd in April 2019 and had to wait to put my house on the market until February 2020. During that time, Todd still took the time to work with me, bring his drone to my house for a flyover and take pictures without us being in contract together. I was really impressed by this. When it came time to selling my house, it was an incredible experience. We sold our home 10k over Todd initial estimation during the pandemic of the Coronavirus. His communication with me was superior during a very stressful time not only selling my house, but right at the peak of the pandemic. We had multiple offers on our house and had we had not listened to Todd advice on which buyer we should select, we would have never been able to sell - as we were under contract during the week that everyone had to be lockdown. There's so much more I can add into this review, but I couldn't recommend a better, more professional real estate agent than Todd Houghton!! We will be using him for life and the Red Rocks team! If you're going to read any of this review, take this point: Todd and the Red Rocks team sold my house for over his initial estimate during the peak of Coronavirus pandemic. Enough said.
