By way of background we moved to St. Louis and sold our Townhome in Indialantic, without ever remodeling our Townhome which makes our experience with JoAnn even more amazing. We knew JoAnn from our Church, but we immediately felt a connection to JoAnn as a Realtor the moment we were in contact with her. She provided us with unlimited advice on pricing, helping us get an excellent offer and counter offer. Before that she arranged for several Townhome repairs. She contacted roofers, an electrician, a window repair person, and got carpets cleaned. She dealt with the Title Company making sure that all paperwork was accurate. She even took down wallpaper in the bathroom, kept the A/C drain line clear monthly, and got the Townhome meticulously cleaned for presentation. JoAnn’s calmness and total dedication in helping us sell our Townhome was beyond great. She answered never ending questions and provided great communication in keeping us updated in a clear and understandable way.
