Josee was awsome. She showed me a bunch of properties that reflected my needs and budget. She helped me sort through them. She helped me through the whole process from finding the property to advising me how to work through the mortgage process. She was patient with me and the various vendors we had to deal with through the whole process. Noting but appreciation for her patience and knowledge.

Josee was such a blessing to us when we started our journey to find a new home and thanks to her we found that perfect home. She was so professional and always available for us. Josee took the time to explain everything from start to finish. Buying and/or selling a home can be very stressful but Josee always made it enjoyable. We would definitely use Josee again and if you want a really great realtor you will use her too.

I have not bought a house in over 20 years. I asked a lot of stupid questions, but she knew the answer. She helped us fill out the paper work from day one. She was like an angel to the end. If not for her we would still be looking.

Sue is an exceptional realtor and marvelous person. She handled the sale very well and I would recommend her to everyone that is intending to sell their home.

She was fantastic. Had a really difficult work schedule we had to work around. She went above and beyond in order to go around my schedule. She was available any time or day when i had questions or found a new listing online. She knew i was on a dead line to be out of my rental and was pretty much available to show me houses as soon as i would ask. Was a pleasure working with her.

Josee helped me sell a five acre lot. She was very clear about how it would be advertised. She also kept me informed during the process. My lot was sold in two weeks! The closing was quick and everything went great. I enjoyed Josee’s company and would recommend her to anyone.
