My experience purchasing a house with Tony’s help was simply outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Anthony did a great job, from the beginning to the closing. I chose Anthony from a recommendation, not knowing any agents personally. We met, he reviewed the property to be sold and immediately had a good idea of the price to start at. A photographer was immediately scheduled and shortly after the listing was live. Within hours we had buyer interest and shortly after had a contract for more than I expected! Anthony stayed in touch as needed up until we closed and was always open and available for questions as we moved along. Anthony is also a very personable guy. Tony far exceeded our expectations. He always put our wants and needs first and foremost and did his best to get us the home we wanted. In the early stages of searching for homes, he made sure to check in and confirm that the houses he sent us were exactly what we were looking for in a home and price range. Going to see houses he was very relatable and honest with whether he would pursue a house or look elsewhere. The home we now moved into was posted the same day we went to see it, as we asked him if we could check it out and he immediately made the call for us, while still respecting the sellers. We made an offer that night and our revised offer that he suggested for us was accepted the next day. He was super excited for us and throughout the process of approaching closing, he was always available for any questions and very quick to respond. I was very impressed that Tony came to our closing, and as always, he went above and beyond and gave us a few gifts to welcome us into our new home. Tony made the process of buying our first home so easy.
