•We decided to contact Lisa because she had recently sold a house in the Villages at Nahor. We were impressed with her knowledge of the development and Fluvanna County. We hired her late last year and used her recommendations to prepare the house for sale. She was helpful in identifying contractors that we could use for some of the minor repairs that were needed. We were impressed with the advertising that she did for the home once it went on the market. We were also pleased that she was willing to update her marketing efforts during the winter months when the real estate market was slow. Lisa was easy to communicate with both via email and text messages. The closing went smoothly and without incident. We would highly recommend Lisa for your next home sale.
