Always ready with answers and a drive to really communicate with anyone needed if the answers weren’t already there. Always super nice. Was able to really smoothen things out for us so instead of a roller coaster feeling throughout, it was coasting along the whole process being smoothed out by her. Very personable and even our key handoff was an entire little experience. I’ll cherish these memories for my lifetime and it was all thanks to the incredible Gaby. ♥️

When it came time to sell, there was never a question in our mind which Realtor to use; it was definitely Gaby Martinez. She had done an amazing job on a previous property of ours a few years earlier, and we knew she was the only Realtor we wanted. I found myself in the position of selling the house I lived in as a child, adult and parent. My father built the house I was selling 65 years ago. I had multiple realtors to choose from but I chose Gaby Martinez of X-treme realty in Davie. It was definitely the right decision. Gaby understood the emotional part of selling my long time home as well as all of the legal matters and contacts I would need. She showed my home non stop until it sold for the price I was asking. This was due to her diligence, knowledge and understanding. Gaby also cared about where my next house would be. She spent multiple hours with me understanding my needs to ensure the move would be the right move for my new adventure. We looked at so many houses, I cannot count. But, through it all Gaby never pushed me to buy and never gave up on me. Gaby was there for every house visit, every showing of my house and was available every time I had a question. As we worked together I observed that Gaby enjoys a lot of respect from fellow realtors, finance organizations, Insurance representatives, etc.. She has earned this respect by demonstrating an uncanny high degree of integrity. Although, I signed with Gaby just by walking into her office which was close to my house.
