•Me and my wife can’t possibly thank Cody enough for how he conducts himself and his business. When we decided it was time to leave our home behind and find a quieter place, we knew we had an uphill battle ahead of us and expected the worst after hearing so many nightmare home buying stories. I wont say it wasn’t stressful because there’s really no way around it, but having someone as calmly collected and straightforward as Cody in our corner was a godsend. We had a long list of must haves on a budget that really didn’t work in today’s market, but Cody never tried to get us to settle for less in order to secure the sale and always kept our anxiety at ease during the process. Instead of trying to rush us through, he always maintained that “I know it feels like a lot right now, but I promise the right house for you is out there and we’re going to find it” and “the right house is always available at the right time. It’ll happen.” Well he was right! We found a gorgeous 1906 farmhouse in the middle of nowhere that checked all the boxes and fell just within budget with the offer we submitted.. I legitimately don’t know how we would’ve made it through this process with everything else going on in life without someone like Cody on our side. I can’t possible recommend him enough.
