From the beginning of our seller/realtor relationship, we were treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I had so many questions and they were patient and knowledgeable each time answering them. David met with us for the first time in our home. We knew he was part of the team. That was important to have a face to face conversation because we continued our meetings, conference calls, texts, and emails with Darrell. A big part of the sale was knowing how much the property was worth, the selling price. I expected much more, but Darrell laid out all the facts on the location, selling prices for houses in our neighborhood, and the condition of our house, then the asking price sounded reasonable. Darrell was adamant about selling the house quickly without doing any repairs or upgrades. He did this because there was the volume was so low in our neighborhood. With that being said, Darrell repaired one very damaged window sill himself for no cost to us and he did a nice job. Although Darrell and David allowed us to make all our own decisions they steered us in the right direction. Their knowledge and experience would not allow us to be taken advantage of by the buyers. We appreciated that immensely. Signing forms without Docusign was a problem for me mainly because I was on a trip without all my devices and knowledge to troubleshoot. The sale of the home seemed to take a long time, we figured that was due to crossing t's and dotting i's. We were so happy to get more than the asking price. Goal Achieved! Darrell and David truly cared about who bought our house because they knew we loved our home. We would recommend Darrell and David to anyone either selling or buying a home. David’s support of my purchase and sale of my home in Henderson, NV was top notch. He helped me purchase my first home in NV and guided me to the areas I should consider purchasing. I purchased this property without setting foot in the home. The purchase was done just was we were coming out of the pandemic so travel was difficult. David provided detailed pictures of the interior and exterior of the house. He also walked through the property several times and highlighted the pros and cons while on a video call with me which helped me make my final decision to purchase this property. Fast forward a few years, I asked David to represent me when I decided to sell this property. David and his team made the sale as painless as can be considering I was on a trip out of the country at the time. David took the time to explain every offer we received highlighting which ones were better than others. He also took the time to schedule calls to go over the paperwork which can be confusing if you don’t deal with it everyday. The biggest highlight is David took the lead on several negotiations with the buyer’s agent when issues arose which could have tanked the sale and ultimately saved me money at the end.
