Marjorie Watson delivers exactly what one hopes for in the complicated modern process of selling a home. Out of the gate, she was right with pricing. My home and land, sold for very close to what her suggested valuations. Not easy when it is not clear if the market is going up or down. Her knowledge of how to get the photos perfect was a great help. Even showing up with some art to compliment some bare walls. She watched paperwork and contracts with an eagle eye. Catching numerous mistakes before closing. Her husband is an added bonus, an expert at pounding in a sign, disassembling a refrigerator, or finding a home for an old lawnmower. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
