We could not be more impressed with the way Laney handled our new home purchase..When we put in contract on first home ,she handled the disaster that was created by home inspections while on vacation in Europe. Lisa is such a blessing!! We moved across the country and she made sure we were educated on things we may not have otherwise thought to take into consideration which was huge. She is very knowledgeable and the information she shared was so helpful with such a big move. Her communication was great not only with us, but on our behalf and that is how we were able to secure a home quickly in a competitive market which saved us from a ton of stress. We never had to question where things were at in the process which was comforting being 1500 miles away. Huge added bonus is that she's just pleasant to work with! We absolutely love Laney (Mary) Bacon!!! Very knowledgeable, super engaged, extremely thoughtful, friendly, and hilarious, but 1000% a professional as well. Her flexibility in scheduling showings, her willingness to ask questions and find out all of the answers for us was an absolute plus. You feel right as home and very comfortable with Laney. We basically felt she was extremely trustworthy from day one and completely honest. Never felt like we were being given the sales pitch or company line. Always felt like she was straight with us the whole way through. She was there for us every step of the way and also was super sweet and thoughtful. She cared about what we were looking for and when she wasn't sure which direction we were looking to go, asked the questions necessary to help us figure it out so she could help us see the right homes.
