It was by chance that we were lucky enough to meet Wynona. We decided to sell our moms house. We explained to her that we live out of town and she said she would make this process as easy as possible, without having to worry about going back and forth to Tampa. She got the ball rolling right away. She listed the house on a Monday and there were multiple offers. She explained everything that was going on, answered any and all questions we had, and helped us see different scenarios, at the same time making sure it was our decision. The house was under contract the next day for above asking price. A situation did arise that we would have to go back and take care of things at the house. Wynona made things happen as to where we did not have to go back. When we had a question she was quick to respond and very informative. Wynona was really a blessing to us and we would highly recommend her.
