When my husband and I started looking for our forever home we did not know what we were in for. We sold our home in Orlando in 1998. Well times have changed since then. Jaclyn was so helpful in so many ways but most importantly she listened to us. She responded to our millions of emails and text messages we sent to her almost immediately. Stephanie Rodd provided excellent service and guidance in selling our home. From preparing the home for sale by walking through the property several months before we were ready to sell (giving us time to make any needed repairs that would help the home sell), to making recommendations for cosmetic fixes that would appeal to more buyers, to taking photographs for the listing that showed our home in a very positive way, to reviewing all previous sales in our neighborhood with us to ensure that the home was priced right, to reviewing all of the offers received (5 in two days) so that we could choose the one that was just right for us, to negotiating timing, wants versus needs, Stephanie was with us every step of the way. Our home sold in two days because of the work Stephanie put in before she even knew she had our listing. We could not be more pleased with Stephanie's efforts on our behalf or the outcome.

After about a 100 homes and 3 contracts later, they finally found me the perfect home! A normal buyer probably wouldn't have taken as long. My wife and I really loved working with Donna. When we started looking we weren't quite sure what we wanted or in what part of town we wanted it. We were going back and forth between trying to decide on a condo, townhouse or single family. She was really patient with us while we narrowed our wants and needs. When it came down to negotiations it was great having Donna on our side. She was very good at getting everything we wanted from the seller. One of her best traits is a fine attention to detail especially when it comes to contracts. When the seller's agent would send a counter-offer, Donna would go back and clean up the language to make sure there would be no problems down the road with the contract.<br/><br/>Overall I think Donna helped us get exactly what we wanted and I think we got a pretty good deal on it too. She's absolutely fabulous to work with and would not only recommend her but I would use her again as my agent.

Ryan was extremely patient with us as it took over 6 months to find the right home. We were being very particular and specific in our requests. He realized our "must-haves" and kept a sharp eye out. I would definitely recommend him as he demonstrates strengths in property costs and value, Cherokee county as a whole (where we purchased) and great ease with which to work; a real pleasure!
