I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Adriana was throughout the entire home purchase process. Great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She’s a true pro. If you are moving to the Orlando area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is like Adriana Franzoi of the WRA Business and Real Estate Team. She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, "she listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.

Andrea was seemingly unfamiliar with the 55+ age restricted market when we first met. Maybe she was, but it represented her way of professionally negotiating without the other party knowing that they are even in a negotiation. What a beautiful negotiating technique. She also proved to be very flexible with a lot of people who weren't. She was superbly diplomatic. She maintained communication, always answering her phone, and never once did I hear an answering machine. Her open houses were delightfully commented upon by my visiting (and nosy) neighbors. She was concerned about people and about honesty.

Rosania did a wonderful job managing the sale of my property. As soon as it was listed, views began flooding in. And, within just a few days we received a list price offer. The property was a rental and had a disagreeable tenant at the end of her lease right around the time we put it on the market. Rosania essentially took over the management of her and shielded that from me. I am greatly appreciative for everything Rosania did during the whole process.

Excellent professional! On point, efficient, communicative, clear, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, flexible and passionate. Mariana goes above and beyond to meet and surpass the client's needs and expectations. I would not have been able to purchase my ideal home if it weren't for her assistance and excellence in all she does. I highly recommend her!!

Victor was attentive from the first moment we spoke on the phone. We live in different states and with plans to invest in Florida, he has always presented us with the best proposals to do in the real estate business. He never gets tired of answering our questions, he always advises us in the best way and it is not by chance that we our investing with him, and he will also be our representative for future sales! The best of all is that we no longer consider him just a working partner, but for all the attention and assistance given to us, we consider him our friend! We recommend him to all our friends who, like us, who are also interested in buying or investing in Florida!
