Selling your home is a very stressful experience. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but after the 1st month of showings and no offers, we needed Rob's professional advice on how to proceed. When an offer came in, we needed his advice once again on the best way to counter in order to land a contract. Thankfully, that happened! Once we had the acceptance of the counter offer, then we waited: inspection, appraisal, etc. Rob was so good to keep us informed, almost daily, as to how things were playing out clear up to the closing. Rob has an amazingly fast response time, all the time. He knows what needs to be done and he'll help you know what to do to sell your house. He got feedback from every showing to find out what buyers like and don't like about our house which really helped us make some decisions on improvements vs price adjustments. He is extremely professional and makes the process straightforward.
