We chose David because we worked with him on a previous home that eventually didn't pan out. David was very good and thorough, and we wanted to continue using him as our realtor. From start to finish, David was very attentive to making sure everything was on track. He was respectful of both us (the buyers) and the sellers. He is very professional. More importantly, he is friendly & approachable. David even helped our loan officer with a few things to make everything go smoothly. The attention to details & advice provided were invaluable. This is indicative of the wealth of experience that has been gained over many years in the business. Worth Real Estate Company went above and beyond our expectations to make everything happen. We have already recommended him to family members.

My home could have been sold within two weeks but because of factors that were out of our control and his, it took longer. He took my home and sold it as if it were his own. He was very patient and polite in every stage of the sale. If I ever buy or sale a house again I'll definitely look for David, the realtor WORTH knowing.

A genuine individual who was optimistic and realistic throughout the sales process. I got to know David's personality through Chamber Events and he was both knowledgeable about the industry and the area. He is also very down-to-earth. During the process of a strenuous relocation and job search, David showed my property and was able to present me four (4) offers in only eleven (11) days from contract signing. In addition, he presented me various comparable property research in my area so I could be prepared when it came to the appraisal process. I was able to focus in the West Coast knowing my property was being sold in the East. A great thank you to Worth Real Estate. The brokerage that was definitively 'worth' knowing.

David was extremely professional and personable in all of our real estate business. He kept us informed at all times and made himself available to us throughout the process - even when doing so meant interrupting his personal vacation overseas. I would highly recommend David Worth to anyone buying or selling real estate in south Florida.

We used David for the purchase of our new home and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. He listened to our home needs and quickly provided us with a selection of homes that met our specifications. He was present for every aspect of the home purchase and was always punctual. He clearly communicated with us throughout the entire process and served as an outstanding advocate in our negotiations. Using his knowledge and experience of the real estate business he was able to provide us with very accurate estimates of potential homes vs listing prices. He protected our interests and put us first as people not just business clients. I would use David again and will recommend him to friends and family.
