•Mary kept in touch with me every step of the way. I was doing this on my own. Mary assured me along the way with her advice and suggestions. There were times I was overwhelmed with every thing. Her professionalism was outstanding. I had problems finding special contractors especially since I do not live in the area. She did research and I was given several options to chose from making it my decision. I would recommend Mary Hart as a special realtor who definitely does due diligence for her clients whether it is selling or buying a residence.
