Nichole was absolutely a joy to work with! We were distant buyers from Ohio attempting to buy a place in the crazy Florida market and were having no success until we found Nichole. She went above and beyond for us going to locations and giving us video tours so we could make a fast decision. I made 5 purchases in 2021 and own several properties and I can honestly say until I met Nichole I felt like I was having to be the purchaser and the agent.
