Jim went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting my client with her retaining various items of personal property from her home before it was sold. He met with her in person and arranged for various items to be packaged and delivered to her at her assisted living facility, where she currently resides. His assistance allowed this transaction to be concluded in a timely fashion.

My closing was particularly not an normal one. One obstacle was hurricane Ian and others beyond our control. When thinking about selling my home, I called Donna as she has sold and bought my previous sales and purchases. I trusted Donna when purchasing a condo in Sarasota sight unseen and was happy. Donna is always honest and keeps you informed. I would again use Donna to work with again if I am ever in the market to buy or sell.
