I had been looking for a home for months...

I had been looking for a home for months unofficially. Moved from NC to Florida to be close to family. I was looking for a job, taking care of family, and looking for a home. I connected with Kim to look at a home. We looked at many in the Milton/Pace area. I reviewed numerous listings, looked at some of them. Reviewed what I was really wanting and decided to look at something smaller. Looked at a house and instantly knew it was what I wanted. Although it did need some work, I purchased the home and love my neighborhood.
