•Katie is extremely professional, very focused and dedicated towards her clients desires and needs. Her many years of experience show through as she is able to quickly identify pertinent details in all aspects of realestate, and she has outstanding intuition. My husband and I are in the home we love simply because of her. Her negotiation skills and desire to sincerely please her clients is beyond reproach. She is extremely efficient, and gets the job done, which is imperative in a buyers market. There were so many people interested in our home, and we were incredibly nervous that we were not going to get it. Her continual follow up, honesty, and perseverance is what brought the seller and us to close the deal. This is our first home and the experience couldn’t have gone any better.
