She is very honest and will tell you exactly what it takes to get your home sold. If you do the things she asks it will get your home sold. A lot of times it will require work by the seller. But in the end it is all about the end result. She even gets the hard to sell homes sold! Other agents either don' t care enough to put that much effort or else hopes to throw out the listing and hope something will stick.
