Zach is incredible! Not only is he such a kind hearted guy, but he’s very knowledgeable about the industry and negotiates like a pro. He made suggestions prior to listing of what I could improve to get the most value for my home. He had also advised me of the perfect time to put my home on the market to get the most amount of offers. I got an all cash, quick close offer well above ask. Robby and his team was very communitive and professional throughout the entire purchasing process. His knowledge of not only of the market itself, but especially the Lake area in San Marcos was very helpful in finding and securing the right house in that area, within my budget and meeting almost all of my requirements. Even the after-sale support is great, referring solid contractors for various small jobs is very helpful. He knows them all and has worked with them for many, many years, which is always a great reference. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I chose Jenniefer because she had spent a lot of helping my daughter look for a house so when it came time to sell, I chose her. She was very professional, courteous and friendly. We discussed a proposed price and then proceeded to prepare the home for sale. Since it had been rented for 14 years, we needed to do a bit of sprucing up to get it ready for sale. Jennifer had tradesmen that she was familiar with, so we were able to get the work done at reasonable prices and within a fairly short period of time.
