•Working with Heather was a slam dunk decision from start to finish! We were connected to her by an old high school friend who is a realtor in another state. When we asked her opinion on how to find a good realtor in our area, the immediate response was "You HAVE to connect with Heather!". We are so happy we followed their advice because it was such a wonderful experience that we still discuss to this day. As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed at the process of what it would take to own a home. We started the process quite early, but this did not stop Heather from helping us get our footing. She met us for coffee and talked through what we would need to work on in order to be successful. Once we found a few homes that we wanted to see, she was on it in terms of getting us on the viewing schedule. We were EXTREMELY fortunate to purchase our first and top choice home and we 100% credit this to Heather. She was our advocate while going up against multiple offers and was super-fast while maintaining quality. We would not be where we are today without her and have/will connect her with any family or friends that are looking to move to Colorado. Thank you for everything, Heather!
