So I am now living in my forever home that I truly love and it all happened with the help of my buyer's agent, Karla Howell of Wiregrass Home Team. I have purchased and lived in seven homes in my lifetime and used realtors to purchase and sell properties and Karla exceeded exponentially any realtor I have ever worked with. She was on schedule, well prepared in showing me homes that she had researched and made notations on each listings sheet. This gave me a good understanding of each property and its locale and nearby attractions etc. Karla was determined to help me find my new home even after a house I placed an offer on ended up needing too many repairs. Karla stuck with me and prodded on. We found a house I really liked, Karla immediately called the realtor and we toured the house the next morning and placed an offer. In a day the house was under contract and closing went very smooth. From the house being placed under contract till closing was numerous chores from moving into a new State to issues with the house which I needed assistance getting quotes and all of the due diligence process. Karla was there for every aspect of the exercise to make that new home an easy transition. I can't express how much I respect Karla's promptness, helpfulness, professional demeanor, and overall a fantastic person. Karla exudes what it is to live and be from the Wiregrass region and a true representative of the good people of Alabama.
