We worked with Bev when we bought this house in 2019 as our buyers’ agent, and then again in 2024 as our sellers’ agent to sell the same property. This was our first time selling a house and I would have never thought of things like calling to cancel the home insurance on the loan, or the mortgage lender to get our escrow refund. Bev made sure to guide us through every step of the way from listing to closing, and even what to do after closing. A year after we bought this home we received a goodie basket to celebrate the closing anniversary! A whole year later most real estate agencies would not take the time to still show such gratitude and value in their clients.
