This transaction was completed without my ever meeting Debora. As the Personal Representative for an estate, and not living in the Enterprise market, I did quick search for top realtors in Enterprise, AL. Her company appeared to be one of the best in that area. I called and she answered. Afterwards, I told her that she was hired! From that first conversation to closing we never met face to face, but she was always responsive to all my request and questions and professional in handling all the “ins and outs” of a residential real estate transaction. She did all the leg work (cleaning, repairs, etc.) to get the house ready to list, and prepared the listing. We got a good offer within 3 days. Then, she assisted in negotiating and closing the deal in less than 30 days. Debora provided invaluable advice along the way and was a true professional. I would definitely use her again if I had to do this all over again.

Melissa Williams knew that our property was one that very sought out and the home, although a little dated, had some beautiful features that would really stand out with a fresh paint job on the inside and some clean up on the outside. Melissa rolled up her sleeves and helped paint and prep flower beds. She recommended an excellent handyman in Kyle Sargent who got the job done quickly and a pressure washing service in Powerhouse Property Solutions. Brady did a fantastic job cleaning out the shop and refreshing the exterior of our home. Our property had several good offers within two days and Melissa put all of the details on a spreadsheet so that we could accept the offer that was best for us. So I am now living in my forever home that I truly love and it all happened with the help of my buyer's agent, Karla Howell of Wiregrass Home Team.
