•Ryan is a true professional and someone that was easy to work with. I highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling. One should not underestimate the value that a good realtor brings to you when you are shopping for a home. In our case my wife and I were moving to the Puget Sound area from out of state. Ryan started working for us a few months before we moved. Once he knew what kind of property and home we were looking for, he started sending us listings to review. By the time we moved to Washington we had a list of several homes for sale that we wanted to visit. Over the next couple of months, we were doing day trips with Ryan all over the area as new homes came onto the market from Mason County, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Whidbey Island, Port Ludlow, and other areas. He was always working hard to find us the right place and eventually did. All this was happening in April and May as the Covid-19 crises was continually changing the rules on home viewings, etc. His knowledge of the area and the real estate market was invaluable to us as he could advise us of possible issues with various houses and locations. His relationships with other realtors and lenders helped make the transaction go smoothly. Ryan was always positive, pleasant, and professional.
