•Teresa helped me find the ideal location for a dream retirement blank canvas in pine mountain lake. It was an area that had all of my hobbies and life goals in one place. She was very diligent and responsive, very detailed and knowledgable with the process, the whole thing was very smooth. Not everything was straight forward, we were down to 2 final bids. With her help, crafting a letter to the former owners who were also pilots, helping make an emotional connection, along with the conversations with the agent we ended up winning because she knew the owners were looking for someone with flying dreams to take over their property, which is right near the airfield. It was indeed what I wanted too, and I could relate. I appreciate her creativity and knowing the clients, to help with the smallest details that made a difference. I'd work with her again for sure.
