Tiffany is the real deal! She came strongly recommended by our retiring real estate agent and dear friend. I was preparing to sell a home for my sister that lives overseas. I was dealing with multiple contractors and, frankly, was overwhelmed. When my husband and I met Tiffany for the first time, it was as if a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. She explained how she would jump right in and relieve my burden, coordinating with contractors and taking care of the many details necessary to successfully list and present a home in its best light. She did everything she said she would do and much more – way beyond the call of duty. Tiffany is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, hard-working, a clear communicator, and a joy to work with – 24/7. For us, she was an adept personal advisor, coming with recommendations for replacing outdated fixtures, carpeting, painting, staging the home for showings, pricing the property, and more. Tiffany provided excellent insight on the local market, preparing an extremely helpful comparable market pricing document. She coordinated the response to the home inspection and led the process to resolve all the little issues and details necessary to ensure a successful closing. We could not have been happier, although there were times when we felt a little guilty for “dumping” so much of the project onto Tiffany. A really smooth and successful process, and we can enthusiastically recommend Tiffany to be your real estate agent!
