Matt helped me sell my townhouse recently

Matt helped me sell my townhouse recently. He was an absolute joy to work with. Everything he did to help prepare my home for sale was fantastic. He had contractors ready to paint, update the carpet, update the light fixtures, clean, and stage the home. They all did a great job. He definitely knows the market and what needed to be done to make my home stand out! He was extremely friendly, asked my opinion on decisions, provided great advice, and managed the process from start to finish in a fantastic, professional, and courteous manner. I'd absolutely use Matt again if I were in the market to buy or sell a home in the area. I can't say enough great things about Matt and his entire team.
