•Charlene listed my late father's mobile home and property. There was issues with the title and the VA was being demanding on the homes condition. Charlene stuck with it and saw everything was resolved, title and VA's unreasonable demands. The title on the mobile home had not been transferred correctly from the previous owner to my father. All parties involved in the sale had since past away. Charlene took it upon herself to track down a living relative that was willing to help resolve the title issue. That was not easy. All involved had very common names so a simple internet search was not enough. It took weeks of work. She got it done! The VA was demanding items be brought up to current code even though they met code of the day when installed in the early 1980's. Charlene got it all taken care of! She got a final sale price that was well above what I expected to list at per online price guides and above asking price. With her help we netted more money after expenses then we expected to list it for. She definitely knows how to price and market a home. I live out of state. Dealing with all of this would have taken me multiple cross country trips. Without her help the sale would not have gotten done.
