•I first met Bonnie from a google search "Favorite Spokane Realtor" when I was visiting Spokane over July 4th weekend 3 years ago seeking guidance in determining which area of Spokane to focus my future Home Search within my qualified price range. Bonnie's professionalism, local housing market knowledge, real estate expertise, genuine love of her profession, and her drive and compassion to guide me through my home buying process was evident from the very beginning! February 2020 I purchased my home in Spokane Valley, just prior to the Covid19 Pandemic, with Bonnie as my Realtor. In general, I would have to say that the home buying process is challenging, even under the best of circumstances (which almost never happens). Bonnie is simply phenomenal! She truly goes above and beyond to guide all her clients in having a positive home buying or home selling experience. 2.5 years later, Bonnie helped me sell my home. The unprecedented market conditions and personal experiences that unfolded over that period were unimaginable. Bonnie stuck with me through it all. She is simply, "The Best of the Best".
