•Chad did a fantastic job assessing the market and finding the right buyer to purchase our house. His professionalism, dedication, and work ethic are second to none. In addition, he is a great guy, and it was a pleasure to work with. He ended up supporting both myself (seller) and the buyer, which in itself can be tricky, but he navigated through the process very smoothly, continually keeping both parties well informed. My family was relocating out of state, and the relocation company introduced him to us. I am happy they did. I have to say that I am thrilled with how he managed the whole process. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor in California.
