Joe is a great guy

Joe is a great guy. As a first time home buyer, I locked on to a condo that was a perfect fit. Joe helped me defy the odds of getting the home I wanted. After a late night phone call, Joe set up an early walk through of the condo the very next day. With 3-4 bids placed after the open house, Joe enabled me to make informed decisions to be in the top 2 bids. Even though I was the lower bid, Joe was my biggest advocate. Joe's personal skills created a great dialogue with the selling agent. I believe Joe's insight and perceptiveness is what enabled me to formulate a winning counter offer. For anyone buying a home you need an agent who is responsive and has an acute attention to detail, this will make the process smooth and efficient for you. Joe guided me through the process all the way to the end, he was in the room at the closing/signing session, and handed me the keys as I pulled up to the condo with a Uhaul.
