•We were trying to sell our unique problem property by ourselves until I called a friend of mine ( who was a retired realtor) to see if she knew anyone that could help us, you see we had an older manufactured home that was a "second placement" on 20 acres with a small RV park. Not many financial companies to finance this. Linda came to our home , took pics and left saying" let me run some numbers and look for a finance company. Linda made a few calls and our home sold before we could blink an eye and it sold for more than what we were trying to sell for. Linda took care of us all the way even when a problem popped up at closing she said " don't worry, I've got you" . She was always on top of every detail. If I had more property to sell I would use Linda in a heartbeat! If you want to be sure you are in safe, caring hands call Linda.
