Brook was knowledgeable about the area and she marketed our property very well. She made great suggestions such as staging and “coming soon” announcements. They generated a great deal of interest and multiple showings the first two days. We accepted an offer two days after showings and were able to close quickly which was our goal. Brook has a great team behind her - a skilled handyman and wonderful cleaning, staging and photography teams. She was diligent in getting everything done in a timely manner before and after sale. Brook was always quick to respond to text, email or call. She answered all our questions and concerns and got us through the bumps along the way! We just sold our house in the Wilmington, NC area and Brook Hall was our agent. We live across the country so we really depended on Brook to take care of all the necessary "boots on the ground" items to make this sale happen. Got what we discussed price wise. Had a few issues that came up that needed to be addressed, a buyer backed out for example, I had some health issues and Brook and partner worked through the difficulties for me, plugged away and we got it sold. Always professional and positive to deal with and was capable of telling me what she thought even when it was something I didn't want to here. Well done.
