We worked with Danielle to both sell our home and purchase a new one and wouldn't change a thing! When selling, she was extremely knowledgeable about the process from start to finish and never hesitated to answer any questions. She was always available and always checking in to make sure we were ok. We ended up pricing the house perfectly and received an over-asking offer.When buying, Danielle was also amazing! I never felt like she was just trying to sell us on a home to move things along - she always took the time to bring up what could be considered a negative of the houses, even if that would mean she had to keep showing us more. When making an offer, she reviewed everything very thoroughly and made sure we were 100 percent on board. Overall, a wonderful experience! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy and sell.

Everyone should work with Mike! He was like some kind of psychic figuring out the things we wanted and needed in our home and neighborhood! He's a consummate professional and expert negotiator, too. Mike made the whole process easy as pie. I'm now thinking about selling my home, just so I can work with him again.
