Selling/moving is of course stressful, but is made more so because of the risk of losing money if you aren't partnered with the right real estate team. Joe spent considerable time listening to our (long) stories about moving and crafted a strategy that proved to be successful. Silvia is like a ray of sunshine. She is the best. We were first time homeowners in a hot market and knew nothing. Silvia made everything super easy.
