Pam was recommended to us by long time family friends who recently had had an amazing experience with her and whose judgment we trusted implicitly. Pam was the 6th and final realtor whom we interviewed over the course of a month, and we knew immediately that she was the one because she listened to what our goals were. She did not come to a predetermined decision based on how easy or difficult it would be for a buyer to get a mortgage if the price was set too high, the reasoning that at least 4 of the other realtors used immediately for establishing sales prices, which were all much, much lower than we were looking for. None of that one shoe fits everyone from Pam. And, that is exactly how the next several months continued to unfold: creative marketing strategies, intellectual acumen in organizing the Open Houses, keeping us constantly informed of what was going on during them, with no delays or missteps in communication. And, by the end of that weekend, the experience and confidence to have the house under contract in less than 48 hours! She continued to ease our anxiety during the ensuing projects that needed to be completed before the sale could go through, provided us with business contacts who all proved to be consummate professionals in their fields, and assured us that all would work out, as, of course, it did. We couldn't foresee the completed outcome, but with her years of successful experience, she could, and her calm and composure led us through many an otherwise anxious moment.
