She would drop what she was doing to show us a house on our schedule. She even picked her phone up on vacation. I mean, come on, who does that. She was also like an house inspector. She would point things out as we went through the houses. If we saw a room that needed to be redone, she would give us an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. And finally, she was able to knock the price down by 30k!!!
