We hired Angela Rizzi because of the results she had attained selling homes in our community. It was probably the best decision we could have made. Selling in this market is not at its peak in this area, but Angela persevered. She was innovative, positive and responsive to all our concerns. If we had a idea for a marketing strategy, Angela was always a step ahead of us. She was incredibly reposnsive. If she wasn't immediatley available, she usually returned our calls within minutes. We were sticklers for feedback on viewings and after open houses and Angela provided that feedback within hours or at least no more than a day later. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness and positive outlook took away much of the stress of selling in this market.
