It was truly an honor to have Miriam represent me as my Real Estate Agent. She was there every step of the way to answer all my questions and provide information and responses in a timely manner. I have worked with several agents in the past but I have to say, hands down, Miriam is the best I have seen. She made the transfer of information between the seller, the seller's agent, and lawyers, a seamless one. Miriam went beyond her duty as an agent. With several delays encountered by the bank on closing the deal, Miriam continuously checked in on me to reassure me that everything would work out just fine. And it did!
