•Dave helped get the house on the market very quickly & was very helpful in the selling process. We were dealing with very difficult buyers & their agent & without Dave I’m not sure I would have made it through the process. He helped keep us sane and on the right track when we were ready to pull the plug on the deal a couple of times. We highly recommend Dave to anyone out there wanting to sell their home, on either side of the border, and wish them luck.
Our agent was professional, told us what to expect given the present market, made good recommendations on pricing and for solutions when we hit some snags after the inspection. He worked with the buyer's agent to get issues resolved in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend him.
