•To tell you the truth, I wasn’t even looking to buy. I had lost my husband three months earlier. I had seen this cottage a week before it went on the market while out driving around and thought it was cute and just the right size for me. What a shock when one week later we see Peter outing an open house sign on an island in front of my son’s house. We went right down to see it. Peter had all the information about the house and knew the neighborhood well. In fact I think he had the best tool working for him when he showed me the beautiful multi pictured brochure of the house with all the information on it as well!! I made an offer before the weekend was over. We ran into a big snag but Peter made the way smooth. Besides his killer smile, he was smart about giving me some breathing room before offering any help. And let’s not forget he sold my house in two days. Sincerely, Karen West
