She consulted with us virtually to learn our wants and needs, then facilitated a search for us that included "coming soon" properties not listed on major search sites. This was immensely helpful for us in finding our desired property. When accompanying us to property showings, we appreciated that she gave us space to tour the property. Lastly, her up-to-date knowledge of Virginia lease agreements ensured we signed a lease that was fair and accurate for all parties. We worked with Heidi during the purchase of our home from out of state. We did virtual walk throughs and Heidi made things very easy and was honest about what she saw in person that might not show up on video (might need new paint or floors, etc). It was obvious she wanted us to be happy and was not just trying to make a sell. When we moved again we reached out to Heidi to sell our home. Once again she was outstanding! I highly recommend Heidi Robbins with 5 stars! We needed a real estate agent who understood the Arlington VA area and could help prepare the house for sale. She helped at every step of the way. The house was priced competitively using housing market data followed by professional photos, small updates, staging and multiple interactions with real estate agents. Her follow through was 100% and the results were excellent. Multiple offers were received and the house went into contract in under one week. Equally important, she provides guidance but gives space for reflection and discussion. On a personal note, I live in the Pacific Northwest and wasn't there to tend to the day-to-day items. I needed a person I could trust from the small items to guidance with larger important decisions. Heidi provided professional timely guidance and excellent coordination.

As a first-time home buyer, Heidi’s expertise was critical to easing the stress and overwhelm that comes with such a daunting process. I was discouraged to learn that houses in my dream neighborhood rarely came up for sale. I was even warned that it could take me two years to find my home. But, working with Heidi meant that I had an inside track and from starting to look to closing on my house took about 6 weeks - and that included two different bidding processes!
